Located in a serene and scenic environment, this establishment focuses on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. As part of a respected organization that prioritizes investing in the future of senior living, The Village at The Woodlands Waterway offers not just a place to work but an opportunity to be part of extraordinary life stories. The commitment to excellence in senior care is reflected through their dedicated staff, comprehensive services, and community-oriented approach, making it a leader in the senior living industry.

The current opportunity is for a hospitality-focused PRN Concierge. The position is PRN (pro re nata, or as needed), requiring availability across all shifts to provide coverage and support wherever needed. The Concierge plays a vital role in maintaining the community's friendly and professional ambiance by greeting everyone warmly and assisting with various daily tasks. Responsibilities include managing telephone communications, handling deliveries, preparing maintenance requests, and supporting business office functions. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to resolve issues amicably to ensure residents and guests feel valued and well-served.

The Village at The Woodlands Waterway offers benefits to employees that vary based on employment status, including eligibility for health benefits shortly after hire, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, retirement plans such as 401(k), daily pay options, paid time off and sick leave, free meals for staff, and an employee recognition program.
