Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Valid state ID or driver's license

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers professionally and effectively
  • Accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify residents of deliveries
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments
  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Support daily front-desk operations with a hospitality-minded approach
