The role of Concierge is fundamental to ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for residents, guests, and team members. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact at the community, greeting visitors and residents, managing incoming calls, and providing general information and assistance. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and courteously. The Concierge is responsible for various administrative tasks including message-taking and delivery, directional guidance, coordinating appointments, managing mail distribution, and maintaining organized records such as resident phone lists and guest logs. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies are essential to maintaining the community’s high standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years customer service experience and/or training
- ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and handle phone and reception duties
- proficiency in managing schedules and appointments
- commitment to maintaining a neat and professional workspace
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years customer service experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- collates brochures for the marketing department
- prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the dining staff
- updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- guest and sign-in logs as necessary
- manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
