Bridge Senior Living is a renowned senior living community dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents through compassionate care and exceptional service. Certified as a Great Place to Work for 2025-2026, Bridge Senior Living demonstrates its commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment where employees can thrive personally and professionally. The company is distinguished by its holistic approach to senior care, emphasizing not only the physical well-being of its residents but also their emotional and social health. This dedication creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that benefits both residents and staff alike.
As a part of Bridge Senior Living, the Concierge role is pivotal in shaping the first impressions and overall experience of residents, visitors, and staff. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community by providing both practical assistance and friendly, personalized service. Employees in this role enjoy a competitive salary package alongside a comprehensive benefits program designed to support their well-being and professional growth. Full-time associates have access to health insurance starting at $75 per month and are eligible for a $1,000 employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement after three months of employment, a 401(k) plan with company match, and next day pay through PayActiv.
The Concierge position involves greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner, effectively managing front desk operations, and handling a variety of clerical duties. This includes managing visitor and vendor sign-ins and sign-outs, directing incoming phone calls, and ensuring that residents and staff are promptly informed of guests, packages, and deliveries. Additionally, the Concierge accommodates residents' requests for assistance, referring to other staff members where necessary, which makes this role a cornerstone in the day-to-day operations of the community.
Bridge Senior Living values its employees as much as it values the residents it serves, creating an inclusive and respectful work environment. It is committed to equal employment opportunities and actively supports individuals with disabilities by providing reasonable accommodations during the application process. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion represents its broader mission to embrace all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected category.
Working as a Concierge at Bridge Senior Living means becoming an integral part of a passionate team focused on delivering excellence in senior care. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to make a real difference in the lives of others while developing valuable skills in communication, customer service, and community engagement. Employees thrive in a stable yet dynamic environment that rewards dedication and encourages ongoing learning and personal development. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to continue growing in the senior care field, this role provides the support and opportunities necessary to succeed and contribute positively.
