  • experience working in a concierge, front desk or hospitality type role
  • proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications independently
  • part-time and full-time availability, specifically evenings and Saturdays

Job Duties

  • provides sophisticated and refined customer service to members/guests
  • implements appropriate assistance as needed to members/guests in expedient and professional manner
  • leads front desk check-in process for members/guests
  • prepare logs, reports, or other written documents as requested
  • maintain constant inspections of assigned areas to ensure a pristine and organized environment
  • uses proper telephone skills to handle dining reservations and member inquiries
