Job Duties
- Answering incoming phone calls professionally and directing calls as needed
- Picking up and delivering customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner during vehicle pick-up and delivery
- Using extreme caution and safe driving practices when operating customer vehicles
- Inspecting and documenting any visible body damage on vehicles prior to transport
- Communicating customer concerns, requests, or service-related needs to the Concierge Manager
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Completing vehicle pick-up/delivery documentation accurately and consistently
