Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- proficiency in English communication
- skilled in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
- capable of independent decision making
- willingness to maintain a positive and professional attitude
- ability to pass background checks
- compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy unless exempt
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
- ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when warranted
- maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive and manage packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure timely response and follow up to resident, family and employee concerns
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
