Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • availability to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • basic proficiency with telephone systems and office technology
  • commitment to maintaining resident privacy and safety

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • understanding of privacy and confidentiality protocols

Job Duties

  • greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors
  • manage both external and internal calls, take and communicate messages
  • provide information about community services and support marketing and sales efforts
  • assist residents with transportation, mail, deliveries, and visitor coordination
  • maintain residents' privacy, rights, and safety at all times
  • operate telephone console or switchboard, computer, fax machine, and copy machine
  • perform general clerical and light administrative duties
