Job Requirements

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt for medical, religious, or personal beliefs

  • willingness to work in a senior living community environment
  • ability to perform administrative tasks
  • ability to handle safety monitoring and reports
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive packages, plants, and prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
  • maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure timely response and follow-up on resident, family, and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
