Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of safety procedures and risk management
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow through
- Willingness to participate in required training and comply with health screenings
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area welcoming visitors, guests, and residents
- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct messages appropriately
- Greet and assist potential residents and families, supporting the move-in process
- Monitor the Bistro area ensuring cleanliness, refreshments, and music
- Support sales and marketing efforts including lead tracking and material management
- Maintain safety and compliance with health and safety protocols
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating records, processing meal tickets, and managing office supplies
