The Concierge (Part-Time) position within the Resident Relations team at Well-Spring plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of the community. It is a frontline role responsible for being the welcoming face and voice to both residents and visitors, ensuring that everyone experiences a warm and hospitable atmosphere from the moment they arrive. This role involves greeting guests and residents with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance with directions, answering general inquiries, and connecting residents to the appropriate resources or team members within the community.

In addition to greeting and providing information, the Concierge is instrumental in helping residents engage with the community by assisting them in signing up for activities and events that enhance their quality of life. The role also supports logistical needs such as transportation coordination and other personalized resident services, ensuring a seamless and positive living experience. Working during evenings and weekends on a part-time basis, this position offers the opportunity to engage with residents in meaningful ways while contributing to the overall customer service excellence of Well-Spring. The pay rate ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, based on the candidate's experience, making this role both rewarding and fairly compensated.
