Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in luxury hotel or restaurant front desk roles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of local attractions in South Florida
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including rotating shifts
- Basic computer proficiency

- Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation, and travel arrangements
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special service requests such as dentists, doctors, child care, florists
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
