Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in luxury hotel or restaurant front desk roles
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of local attractions in South Florida
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including rotating shifts
  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Knowledge of South Florida local attractions
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation, and travel arrangements
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • Respond to special service requests such as dentists, doctors, child care, florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
