Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in luxury hotel and restaurant front desk, customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of South Florida attractions
- Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle special guest requests professionally
- Must be dependable and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of luxury hotel and restaurant front desk experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Knowledgeable about South Florida local attractions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to resolve guest issues professionally
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with hotel services and operations
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries including directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special requests for services including dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
