Job Duties
- interacting with residents and their staff
- managing the building calendar
- receiving visitors
- tracking documentation related to ongoing building projects
- coordinating move-in and move-out activities
- managing amenity services such as mail, auto detailing, community room and rooftop garden reservations
- providing vendor referrals and conducting unit checks while owners are away
