Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- knowledge of local area and attractions beneficial
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- must be able to pass a background check and drug test

- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation systems

Job Duties
- assist guests with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements
- provide recommendations for local attractions and events
