Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience
strong communication skills
knowledge of local area and attractions
computer literacy including Microsoft Office
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests
proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

assist guests with restaurant reservations
arrange transportation for guests
provide recommendations for local attractions and events
respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
maintain up-to-date knowledge of amenities and services
manage guest information using reservation systems
