Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of local area and attractions
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • assist guests with restaurant reservations
  • arrange transportation for guests
  • provide recommendations for local attractions and events
