The part-time Concierge position at Legend Senior Living plays a vital role in maintaining the high standard of service that the company is known for. As the frontline ambassador to residents and guests, the Concierge is responsible for providing courteous assistance and facilitating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. This position involves greeting new residents with the utmost professionalism, responding promptly to customer concerns, and directing those concerns to the appropriate departments for further action. The Concierge also serves as a local information resource, sharing knowledge about area festivals, restaurants, tours, and transportation options to enhance residents’ and guests’ quality of life. Additionally, the Concierge helps coordinate resident parking and valet services and manages the presentation of model rooms during community tours. Cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas under the Concierge’s care help uphold the elegant and inviting environment. Job Duties
- Serve as frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing high level of customer service especially to new residents
- Receive initial customer and resident concerns and direct them to appropriate departments for follow-up
- Maintain strong knowledge of local community and provide information on festivals events attractions restaurants tours and transportation
- Coordinate resident parking and valet needs assist with loading and unloading as needed
- Conduct tours and ensure model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensure front desk and common areas are clean and stocked
