Job Description

Planned Companies is a well-established property management and lifestyle service provider dedicated to enhancing the living experiences of residents through exceptional concierge and front desk services. Known for their commitment to maintaining safe, presentable properties, Planned Companies emphasizes the importance of welcoming tenants, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Their subsidiary, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS), is specifically focused on delivering personalized lifestyle and concierge services that elevate the everyday experiences of community members within their managed properties. Prepared to handle a variety of client needs, from security to personalized concierge services, Planned Companies stands out in the property management industry by integrating lifestyle elements into traditional service roles.

The Concierge role with Planned Companies is a vital position designed to bridge the gap between property management and comprehensive lifestyle services. This full-time or part-time role, offering a competitive pay rate of 17 dollars per hour, is based on a weekend schedule spanning Saturday and Sunday from 3 pm to 11 pm, totaling 16 hours weekly. The Concierge is the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building, ensuring that every interaction is characterized by warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. They are responsible not only for the welcoming duties but also for providing tenants with access to a variety of services that enhance their living experience. This includes scheduling reservations, organizing events, and offering recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and other lifestyle activities.

In addition to being the face of the property, the Concierge handles practical responsibilities such as monitoring the lobby, managing keys and access cards, and securing packages and vendor services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong local knowledge base, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. A successful candidate must also possess a genuine passion for hospitality and community engagement, bringing a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills to the position.

Working with Planned Companies means being part of a team that values diversity, equality, and inclusion. All employees have access to benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time staff, as well as a 401K plan with an employer match for all employees regardless of hours worked. This support structure encourages long-term career growth within the property management and concierge services field. The company fosters an environment where professionalism and personalized service go hand-in-hand, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer-focused roles and seek to grow within a supportive and progressive organization.
