Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • one to three years customer service experience and/or training
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • availability to work weekends during building hours 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • reliable and responsible
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • one to three years customer service experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficiency in handling phone systems and basic office software
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Carry out telephone answering and reception duties as required
  • take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate messages to the intended recipient
  • greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries and give directions
  • collate brochures for the marketing department
  • prepare meal tickets for team members and family members, tally meal count sheets for the dining staff
  • update the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily, maintain guest and sign-in logs as necessary
  • manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
  • maintain and keep desk and entry area neat and organized
  • organize, distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators
  • maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
  • maintain adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • work weekends as required during building hours 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
