Job Description

Integral Senior Living, proudly part of the Discovery Senior Living family of operating companies, is dedicated to managing care and lifestyle-focused senior living communities designed to enrich the lives of older adults. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional services, the company supports thousands of vital Team Members known as "Culture Keepers" who play an essential role in fostering a positive work environment and culture. This dedication ensures that every resident experiences excellent care and engagement tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Integral Senior Living focuses on creating a warm, respectful, and vibrant community where residents can thrive with dignity, comfort, and joy. The company prides itself on maintaining a culture that values its employees, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a sense of belonging throughout the organization.

Currently, Integral Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Concierge/Receptionist for the morning shift (7:30 am - 3:30 pm) on Sundays and Tuesdays. This role is a vital part of the community team, responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for residents, guests, and employees visiting or contacting the community. The Concierge position emphasizes excellent customer service, efficient communication, and organizational skills to manage various front desk duties. Typical responsibilities include answering telephones, greeting visitors, directing inquiries, managing messaging and appointments, and supporting the marketing and dining departments with logistical tasks such as collating brochures and preparing meal tickets. The Concierge also manages resident phone lists, guest sign-in logs, and other important records to maintain smooth daily operations. Maintaining a neat and organized entry area and adhering to all company policies are core expectations for this position.

Working as a Concierge at Integral Senior Living offers not only a meaningful job but also numerous benefits such as competitive wages, access to wages before payday, flexible scheduling options including both full-time and part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Employees also enjoy benefits like a 401(k) plan with employer matching, meals and uniforms provided, and an Employee Assistance Program. These provisions reflect the company’s commitment to supporting its team members both professionally and personally while encouraging an engaging and supportive workplace. If you have at least one to three years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and are motivated to make a difference in the lives of senior residents, the Concierge role at Integral Senior Living presents an excellent career opportunity to join a respected and caring community-oriented company.
