Job Description

The company hosting Open Interviews every Wednesday is looking for a Concierge to serve as the front-of-house for all external stakeholders and guests at 2220 Executive Drive in Hampton, VA. The Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining good public relations and assisting the Community Leadership Team in administrative activities.

Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent required
  • must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • prior experience in working with the public
  • basic computer skills preferred
  • comfort with a multi-line telephone system
  • good physical and mental health
  • interest in working with the geriatric population
  • ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to perform non-professional duties
  • ability to handle emergency situations responsibly
  • spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm
  • attendance at mandatory company meetings and training sessions
