Job Description
The company hosting Open Interviews every Wednesday is looking for a Concierge to serve as the front-of-house for all external stakeholders and guests at 2220 Executive Drive in Hampton, VA. The Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining good public relations and assisting the Community Leadership Team in administrative activities.
Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required
- must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- prior experience in working with the public
- basic computer skills preferred
- comfort with a multi-line telephone system
- good physical and mental health
- interest in working with the geriatric population
- ability to work independently and follow instructions
- effective communication skills
- willingness to perform non-professional duties
- ability to handle emergency situations responsibly
- spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm
- attendance at mandatory company meetings and training sessions
- ability to maintain confidentiality.
