The Front Desk Receptionist role at Spectrum Retirement Communities is a part-time, Monday through Thursday position, with working hours from 3pm to 7pm. The hourly pay ranges from $14.10 to $15.90 based on experience. This receptionist position is pivotal as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, family members, and staff, serving as a welcoming ambassador who communicates vital information and ensures efficient day-to-day operations at the front desk. In addition, the receptionist monitors and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the front lobby and entrance area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This role demands excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and an ability to multitask independently. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working with a diverse population, including current and potential residents, their families, and team members at Spectrum Retirement Communities. The company also emphasizes the importance of technology skills and prior experience in office environments or customer service settings, which enhances the candidate's ability to succeed in this position. While vaccination against COVID-19 is strongly encouraged, it is not mandatory for employment.
