Residences at Vantage Point is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the daily experience of residents, staff, guests, and vendors by managing front desk operations and providing essential clerical support. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for all incoming communications, offering courteous and professional assistance. Responsibilities include answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors warmly by name, providing accurate information and directions, and handling various administrative duties such as recording payments, managing reservations, and maintaining directories. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Basic computer literacy including typing and office equipment use
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to remain attentive and focused despite interruptions
- Willingness to adhere to safety and health guidelines

Job Duties
- Open and close the reception desk securing all files, keys and equipment
- Answer and transfer incoming calls while providing information, directions and assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors
- Accept and record payments, guest room reservations, appointments, cancellations, and maintain directories and work orders
- Route incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distributing USPS and courier parcels timely
- Communicate messages and materials promptly to appropriate parties
- Contact vendors for routine and emergency maintenance of front desk equipment
- Maintain a warm, professional demeanor greeting residents, employees and guests by name
