The company is noted for its focus on growth and empowerment, placing a significant emphasis on employee potential and community impact. MTM Transit operates a variety of shuttle and transit services, catering to diverse populations and promoting inclusive transportation access across the country.

The Concierge position at MTM Transit is a vital frontline role that serves as an ambassador for the Sabino Canyon Crawler and Bear Canyon shuttle services. Located at 5700 N. This role requires a dynamic individual who is able to multitask, communicate effectively, and uphold safety and service standards while fostering a welcoming environment for visitors.

The Concierge supports the daily shuttle operations by monitoring routes in real-time, maintaining driver communications, assisting with onboarding, and managing reservation manifests to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, this position plays an educational role by informing visitors about rules such as drone usage restrictions, biking hours, and parking fees, thereby enhancing the recreational experience while preserving the natural environment. The work schedule demands flexibility, with availability required seven days a week between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., totaling approximately 24 hours per week following training.
