Job Description

Kisco Senior Living is a renowned leader in the senior living industry with over 30 years of dynamic and award-winning service. The company is dedicated to creating exceptional living environments for its residents and fostering a fulfilling workplace for its associates. With a strong commitment to quality care, safety, and community, Kisco Senior Living continues to set high standards in residential senior living, providing an atmosphere that promotes comfort, security, and dignity for all residents.

Located at BridgePoint at Los Altos in California, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established community that values warm, personalized service and a safe environment. The Concierge role, based at the Los Altos location, is a pivotal position within the community, reporting directly to the Hospitality Director. This full-time position runs during the overnight shift from 10 PM to 6:15 AM, Sunday through Thursday, and offers compensation between $21 and $22 per hour depending on experience.

The Concierge serves as the welcoming face and guardian of the community, responsible for fostering a secure, friendly atmosphere where high-end residents and their guests feel both welcomed and protected. Responsibilities include monitoring the entrance to manage resident and guest access, assisting residents with various requests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front desk and entrance areas. The role requires attentive customer service, effective communication skills, and readiness to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring the safety and privacy of all community members.

Ideal candidates will bring excellent customer service skills paired with professional experience in front desk operations, specifically in hospitality, senior living, or related fields. The ability to use technology efficiently, including Microsoft Office and custom applications, is essential. Additionally, flexibility in scheduling, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the diverse needs of the community.

Kisco Senior Living values associates who bring a positive attitude, dedication to exceptional service, and a proactive approach to supporting resident needs. Joining BridgePoint at Los Altos means becoming part of a supportive team that offers continuous training, growth opportunities, and a rewarding work environment. The company also provides comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including healthcare coverage, a matching 401k plan, paid time off, and bonus opportunities. This position promises not only a competitive salary but also meaningful work in a community-focused setting, enhancing the lives of residents while advancing professional skills in a respected senior living organization.

All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment process, including a drug screen, job-related physical, TB test, and background check, with all costs covered by the company. Kisco Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in its workforce, and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
