The company is known for fostering rewarding career opportunities and providing comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements to its employees, delivering not only quality senior care, but also excellent workplace culture and growth potential.

This part-time PRN role as a Concierge is essential in supporting the community with weekend overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, with availability to assist with additional weekday overnight coverage as needed. The Concierge serves as a vital first point of contact who greets guests, residents, and employees with professionalism and warmth, manages phone communications efficiently, and provides general information and assistance within the community. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointment schedules, coordinating meal tickets, maintaining logs and resident information, and supporting internal departments like marketing and dining. The Concierge significantly contributes to the smooth operation of the senior living community’s front desk and overall resident experience by ensuring that communications and administrative tasks are handled promptly and accurately.

Discovery Management Group offers competitive wages along with access to wages before payday, flexible scheduling options with full-time and part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement, making it an attractive option for individuals seeking stable and meaningful employment in the senior care sector. The full-time benefit package includes paid time off, holidays, comprehensive health plans covering medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, 401(k) plans with employer matching, employee assistance programs, meals, and uniforms. Working as a Concierge within this community means not only having a position that values customer service and interpersonal skills but also being part of a larger mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
