The Concierge position at St Paul Collection, specifically during overnight hours, offers a unique opportunity to be the face of exceptional customer service and security during less traditional working hours. This role is pivotal in shaping guest and resident experiences by promptly addressing inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere. With an hourly pay range of $20-$23, this position balances customer-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes coordination to maintain seamless service delivery.
The Concierge will be responsible for managing a variety of guest needs including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and providing insider knowledge about local attractions. This role requires staying informed of the latest updates and events in the area to offer valuable recommendations, helping guests have a memorable stay or visit. Attention to detail and organization are critical, as the Concierge will use property management systems to log service requests and communication records.
Safety and security are integral parts of the position. The Concierge will monitor access to the premises and collaborate closely with security personnel to uphold high security standards. The role demands professionalism, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills to navigate interactions with guests, residents, and team members effectively. Participation in ongoing training sessions and team meetings ensures continual growth and alignment with company standards and goals.
We are seeking an energetic individual with at least two years of related experience or equivalent credentials, ideally with additional education or certification in hospitality. The candidate should have a deep commitment to customer service, an upbeat demeanor, and solid skills in communication and organization. Familiarity with MS Office applications and HRIS systems is also expected, alongside a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a concierge or in a related hospitality role
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of local attractions and services
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and property management systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work overnight hours
- Background and credit check

Job Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience as a concierge with 2 + years of related experience or equivalent
- Additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus
- Strong customer service direction while presenting a positive and professional image
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent reading, writing and oral communication skills required
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills, and an excellent attention to detail
- A desire to take initiative and a strong sense of self-motivation, while also being highly collaborative and team oriented
- Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word, and Excel with HRIS experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist and effectively communicate with guests, residents, and team members to coordinate services and resolve issues
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions
- Manage and fulfill requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Stay informed about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and other points of interest to provide recommendations to guests or residents
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or residents promptly and efficiently
- Monitor and control access to the premises access doors mainly which helps ensure the safety and security of all guests or residents
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and service requests using the property PMS system ex work orders
- Prepare and distribute relevant information to guests, residents, and team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about property services and updates
