Job Description
This Job Overview position serves residents by providing information and services. The role involves managing messages, assisting with account establishment, anticipating resident needs, improving services, maintaining privacy, and ensuring guest suite quality before and after check-ins. Additionally, the role includes processing resident payments accurately, following safety procedures, maintaining accurate records, and delivering packages and food deliveries to residents' vestibules.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- two or more years' experience in the Hospitality Industry
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- computer literacy in Word, Excel spreadsheets, and email
- multiple language fluency desirable
- strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required
- punctual and reliable
