Adhering to established portion control, sanitary regulations, and food safety policies is essential. The position begins with a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour, which includes a base wage plus a Hero Pay incentive, with ongoing yearly wage increases. The employment type is full-time or part-time, designed to accommodate the needs of those eager to build a rewarding career in food service within the healthcare setting.

WellBridge of Novi offers best-in-class benefits including career advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per year, unlimited referral bonuses for building your team, 401k with employer match, holiday pay for seven paid holidays, and attentive, supportive leadership. This environment supports professional growth and values employees who show dedication to delivering excellent, passionate, and innovative care through their culinary service. Employees gain the satisfaction of positively impacting the daily lives of residents while working in a collaborative, friendly, and dynamic setting.
