Job Duties
- Greeting guests and explaining menu and ordering process
- Taking meal orders from residents and guests
- Collaborating with nutrition professionals on resident preferences
- Printing meal production sheets and meal tickets
- Updating daily menu for dining rooms
- Assisting with serving meals according to portion control and sanitary regulations
- Preparing and serving food and snacks in compliance with policies
