Job Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Answer calls, take messages, and connect people
- Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel welcome
- Assist residents, guests, and vendors with directions around the community
- Sort and deliver mail accurately
- Type up memos, update directories, and perform various office tasks
- Schedule events, manage guest apartment bookings, and maintain calendars
- Maintain records, directories, and birthday lists
- Provide brochures and community information to visitors
- Handle emergency calls, monitor security, and conduct safety rounds
- Manage maintenance work orders and follow up
- Keep office supplies stocked and equipment functioning
- Foster a positive atmosphere with friendly interactions
- Assist with various tasks as needed throughout the day
