Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid licensure or certification if required

Job Duties
- Answer calls, take messages, and connect people like a pro
- Greet visitors, sign them in, and make them feel right at home
- Help residents, guests, and vendors find their way around
- Sort and deliver mail accurately
- Type up memos, update directories, and perform office tasks efficiently
- Schedule events, book guest apartments, and maintain the calendar
- Maintain records, directories, and birthday lists
- Provide brochures and community information to visitors
- Handle emergency calls, monitor security, and perform rounds
- Manage work orders and coordinate maintenance requests
- Keep the office stocked and running smoothly
- Bring a positive attitude and good vibes to the workplace
- Jump in and assist with various tasks as needed
