The Concierge position at The Springs at The Waterfront is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional customer service 24/7 to residents. The concierge team acts as the face of the community, dedicated to making residents' lives easier and more enjoyable with thoughtful, personalized service. The individual in this role must be passionate about seniors, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Key responsibilities include scheduling transportation, managing dinner and room reservations, coordinating resident requests and services, handling mail and package deliveries, managing phone communications, and executing various administrative tasks. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and remain calm under pressure, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.
The Springs Living offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21, depending on experience, reflective of the importance they place on hiring skilled, compassionate team members. The schedule is on-call, providing flexibility for candidates who prefer periodic shifts. - prior experience in customer service
- ability to use computer software and internet platforms
