Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service
- ability to use computer software and internet platforms
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability for on-call scheduling
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Love for seniors
- successful record in a customer service role
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and internet platforms
- experience in high-end hospitality or hotels a plus
- CPR and First Aid certified
Job Duties
- Scheduling transportation
- making dinner and room reservations
- coordinating resident requests and services
- managing package and mail deliveries
- answering phone calls
- performing various administrative tasks
- responding calmly and effectively to emergencies
