Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency with basic computer applications
ability to remain calm in emergency situations
availability to work on-call schedule

Job Qualifications

Love for seniors
successful record in a customer service role
strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and various internet platforms
experience in high end hospitality or hotels a plus
CPR and First Aid certified
