- Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls and handle requests efficiently
- Maintain an organized lobby and front desk area
- Assist with mail, deliveries, and supply management
- Coordinate transportation logistics for residents
- Support event planning, communications, and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction
