The Concierge role at Revel Communities is a front-of-house position that places an emphasis on hospitality and operational excellence. This position is critical in setting the tone for residents' and guests' experiences with a warm and professional welcome. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing requests, and ensuring the front desk and lobby area remain organized and inviting. Responsibilities also extend to administrative support such as managing mail, deliveries, and supplies; coordinating transportation logistics; and assisting with event support, communications, and scheduling.
