The Concierge role at Revel Communities is a front-of-house position that places an emphasis on hospitality and operational excellence. This position is critical in setting the tone for residents' and guests' experiences with a warm and professional welcome. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing requests, and ensuring the front desk and lobby area remain organized and inviting. Responsibilities also extend to administrative support such as managing mail, deliveries, and supplies; coordinating transportation logistics; and assisting with event support, communications, and scheduling. This role requires a proactive, friendly, and organized individual who excels at multitasking and can comfortably navigate basic office technology. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and overnight hours varying by assignment. This part-time or full-time role offers an hourly wage of $19.00 and is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment where hospitality and organization shine.
