Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and make independent decisions in emergencies
- Proficiency communicating in English
- Familiarity with computers, tablets, AV and office equipment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to perform light housekeeping tasks
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service experience within hospitality or senior living preferred
- Ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests, residents, and co-workers
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office technology including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle diverse daily tasks with flexibility and calmness
- Reasoning and problem-solving skills for independent decision-making
- Experience in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities
Job Duties
- Embracing the Revel culture code in work and interactions
- Engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers professionally and warmly
- Managing daily challenges including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating resident rides and activities
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming front entrance, lobby, reception, and common areas including light housekeeping
- Encouraging teamwork and open communication across departments
- Championing residents' expectations to ensure outstanding service
- Building strong relationships with residents and team members to create memorable experiences
