The role of Concierge for the Night Shift (6 PM to 6 AM) at Menger Springs Senior Living Community is an essential full-time position that acts as the welcoming face for residents, families, guests, and staff during overnight hours. This position is designed to maintain a smooth, safe, and organized environment within the community during the nighttime. The Concierge will handle a variety of responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, coordinating transportation and schedules, maintaining logs and records, providing clerical and administrative support, assisting residents with maintenance requests, and responding to emergency calls. This role demands professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service skills as the Concierge is often the first point of contact for those within the community.
No prior certifications are required for this position, making it accessible to individuals with a high school diploma or GED and a background in office or customer service experience beneficial but not mandatory. Eligible employees may receive a mileage stipend of up to $100 per paycheck, further supporting those in this position. The community provides training, ongoing support, and numerous opportunities for professional growth, including educational programs like Relias Training and the Academy for Career Excellence.
