Job Description
The Holston is a premier multifamily residential community located in Raleigh, known for its modern amenities, upscale living spaces, and commitment to creating a vibrant and friendly environment for its residents. Managed by Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, The Holston prides itself on delivering exceptional living experiences through superior customer service, well-maintained grounds, and a community-oriented atmosphere. As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s extensive portfolio, The Holston benefits from professional management practices, innovative marketing strategies, and a focus on resident satisfaction, making it a sought-after location for renters in the Raleigh area.
The Concierge role at The Holston is integral to maintaining the property’s welcoming and resident-focused culture. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors, embodying the face of the property and fostering a strong sense of community. As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional living experience through outstanding customer service, efficient communication, and proactive community engagement. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, facilitating after-hours package pickups, responding to resident inquiries, managing communication logs, and supporting on-site and off-site events.
In addition to frontline customer service, this role involves building and maintaining positive relationships within the community, marketing the property through social media and blogging, and working closely with the management team to address any issues or concerns promptly. The Concierge is expected to have a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area to provide residents with valuable resources and recommendations. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working at The Holston means joining a dynamic team dedicated to creating an enjoyable and sociable atmosphere for all residents. The role operates primarily in a professional office setting but also involves some outdoor activities, including traveling between buildings in various weather conditions and occasional light lifting. Cushman & Wakefield offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, alongside a robust package of benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
Cushman & Wakefield is committed to equal opportunity employment and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. The company also ensures compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, providing accommodations for applicants with disabilities as needed. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for customer-focused individuals looking to build a career in property management within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
