Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Effective communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and compliance with dress code
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable traveling between properties
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related experience in customer service or multifamily property management
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies
- Capable of working in fast-paced, minimal supervision environments
- Experience with social media and digital communication preferred
- Knowledge of community resources and marketing strategies an asset
Job Duties
- Welcoming resident guests
- Managing after-hours package pickup
- Addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- Updating communication logs on active buildings
- Providing resources and maintaining an open environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
- Acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- Building strong relationships with apartment community members
- Marketing the property
- Maintaining positive resident relationships and ensuring open communication
- Assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
- Managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
- Working as part of the site team to ensure sociable and pleasurable events
- Answering the concierge phone line
- Ensuring community amenities area has proper inventory
- Proactively communicating with management about issues or concerns
- Reviewing the activity log and preparing to start work effectively
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
- Adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
- Maintaining work area presentation
- Performing other duties as assigned
