Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Professional appearance and compliance with dress code
  • Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfortable traveling between properties
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related experience in customer service or multifamily property management
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies
  • Capable of working in fast-paced, minimal supervision environments
  • Experience with social media and digital communication preferred
  • Knowledge of community resources and marketing strategies an asset

Job Duties

  • Welcoming resident guests
  • Managing after-hours package pickup
  • Addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • Updating communication logs on active buildings
  • Providing resources and maintaining an open environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • Acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • Building strong relationships with apartment community members
  • Marketing the property
  • Maintaining positive resident relationships and ensuring open communication
  • Assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
  • Managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
  • Working as part of the site team to ensure sociable and pleasurable events
  • Answering the concierge phone line
  • Ensuring community amenities area has proper inventory
  • Proactively communicating with management about issues or concerns
  • Reviewing the activity log and preparing to start work effectively
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
  • Adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
  • Maintaining work area presentation
  • Performing other duties as assigned
