Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Effective communication skills in English
Professional appearance and compliance with dress code
Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Comfortable traveling between properties
Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of related experience in customer service or multifamily property management
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies
Capable of working in fast-paced, minimal supervision environments
Experience with social media and digital communication preferred
Knowledge of community resources and marketing strategies an asset

Job Duties

Welcoming resident guests
Managing after-hours package pickup
Addressing resident inquiries and concerns
Updating communication logs on active buildings
Providing resources and maintaining an open environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
Acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
Building strong relationships with apartment community members
Marketing the property
Maintaining positive resident relationships and ensuring open communication
Assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
Managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
Working as part of the site team to ensure sociable and pleasurable events
Answering the concierge phone line
Ensuring community amenities area has proper inventory
Proactively communicating with management about issues or concerns
Reviewing the activity log and preparing to start work effectively
Maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
Adhering to property guidelines and performance standards
Maintaining work area presentation
Performing other duties as assigned
