The Concierge, Multifamily role at Cushman & Wakefield is a vital position within the property management team, serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Professional appearance and compliance with dress code
  • Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfortable traveling between properties
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related experience in customer service or multifamily property management
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies
  • Capable of working in fast-paced, minimal supervision environments
  • Experience with social media and digital communication preferred
  • Knowledge of community resources and marketing strategies an asset

Job Duties
