The Concierge role at The Statler Residences is pivotal in enhancing the living experience for owners, residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors by providing exceptional customer service. As the face of the property, the Concierge promotes a welcoming community atmosphere and ensures that all interactions reflect the professionalism and warmth of the establishment. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $14.45 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.

The responsibilities involve a variety of tasks such as greeting and assisting residents and their guests, managing after-hours package pickups, responding to resident inquiries, maintaining communication logs, and supporting both on-site and off-site community events. The Concierge is expected to possess a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area, enabling them to act as a valuable resource to residents and visitors alike. This role also includes marketing responsibilities such as social media engagement, blogging, and enhancing the internet presence of the property to attract potential residents and build community rapport.

The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional appearance according to the prescribed dress code. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are required, alongside the ability to handle multiple tasks, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to property guidelines and standards. Physically, the job may require prolonged periods of standing or walking, the ability to navigate stairs and ladders, and occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds.
