RMC is currently seeking reliable and responsible Regional Concierges to support and provide coverage throughout their luxury rental property portfolio in San Francisco, which includes premier communities such as The Avery, Fifteen Fifty, The Paramount, and Mason on Mariposa. This role is vital in delivering best-in-class luxury service to residents and guests across these esteemed properties. The Regional Concierge is a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment with a genuine passion for service and community engagement. Candidates are expected to greet and screen visitors, attend to packages, monitor security, and maintain detailed records, all while creating a welcoming environment that exceeds expectations.

The position includes managing multiple shifts and properties, requiring adaptability and clear communication to maintain seamless service. Employees must respect the privacy, information, and time of residents and respond to concerns promptly. Shift duties include generating great first impressions, property inspections, emergency procedure adherence, and multitasking between desk duties and operational support.

The role is compensated with an anticipated hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, complemented by an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Work shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights, totaling 40 hours per week with weekends and holidays required. Job Requirements
