Job Requirements
- must be able to work 8-hour shifts
- must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights
- must be comfortable working around large groups
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- must be able to stand for entire shift
- must be willing to work 40 hours per week
- weekends and holidays required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associate degree preferred
- experience as concierge or front desk or customer service preferred
- experience in high-impact guest service environment a plus
- self-motivated and able to multitask
- professional appearance with positive demeanor
- customer service driven with passion for high-level service
Job Duties
- help provide consistent luxury service across portfolio
- generate great first impressions enthusiastically
- create luxury environment exceeding expectations in hospitality
- greet and screen visitors cordially
- attend packages and deliveries
- communicate resident concerns to management
- monitor security systems and report misconduct
- conduct property inspections and walks
- maintain accurate records and shift logs
- follow emergency procedures
- multitask between desk duties and operational support
