This position involves greeting members warmly and addressing their inquiries promptly while maintaining accurate and confidential documentation. The Concierge is responsible for helping members understand the benefits of MOOV’s various health services and facilitating smooth use of the equipment and recovery options scheduled for the day. This role demands an individual who is technology literate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness. The Concierge also helps manage appointments, sends necessary materials to members, and assists in the daily operation of the health center, including opening and closing duties. A key part of the role involves collaborating with wellness professionals and participating in community outreach and promotional activities, furthering MOOV’s mission to create a comprehensive, holistic wellness experience.The ideal candidate for the Concierge position will have previous customer-facing experience and a genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential, as is strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with members and colleagues. Those with certifications or training in Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Medical Aesthetics will find these qualifications advantageous. Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility ensuring their first interactions are warm genuine and efficient
- answer patient and client inquiries in a timely and polite manner either respond to inquiry or direct the caller to the appropriate personnel while entering appropriate clerical notation into the documentation record
- help members understand the benefits of each service
- provide a smooth startup for members on any equipment or service they are scheduled for that day
- know the retail range to assist with questions about the relevance and use of products
- protect patients and clients rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- set up appointments confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments with members
