Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work weekends and scheduled shifts
ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff
physical ability to perform job duties
reliability and punctuality
adherence to company policies and procedures
willingness to undergo background checks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
familiarity with residential management systems or willingness to learn BILD sales system
ability to work independently and as part of a team
good organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
respond and address any resident concerns which arise during shift
carry out any emergency procedures required during shift
be knowledgeable and successful using the BILD sales system
run or oversee weekend activities
notify Executive Director of emergency situations
note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director
