- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekends and scheduled shifts
- ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff
- physical ability to perform job duties
- reliability and punctuality
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- willingness to undergo background checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- familiarity with residential management systems or willingness to learn BILD sales system
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
- respond and address any resident concerns which arise during shift
- carry out any emergency procedures required during shift
- be knowledgeable and successful using the BILD sales system
- run or oversee weekend activities
- notify Executive Director of emergency situations
- note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
- perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director
