Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation and maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • 40 hours per week availability, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm CST
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with three to five years preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Skilled with point-of-sale technology platforms and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated to engage with customers proactively
  • Passionate about supporting people
  • Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, curious, and solutions-minded
  • Transparent, authentic, positive, values-driven, and an excellent listener
  • High interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests and deliver results on time

Job Duties

  • Fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
  • Accurately capturing service activity within BEST’s service management platform
  • Marketing services and promotions to customers
  • Living out BEST’s core values at work, including being trustworthy, compassionate, resourceful, focusing on results, and creating value
  • Managing multiple service requests effectively and delivering on time
  • Providing excellent verbal and written communication in customer interactions
  • Maintaining professionalism, tact, and composure in dynamic customer situations
