The Concierge position at BEST is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm CST. This 40-hour per week job requires someone who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the diverse needs of BEST’s clientele. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Concierge is responsible for proactively anticipating and responding to client requests to facilitate a seamless service experience. This role demands a blend of interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail to fulfill various duties like running errands, coordinating vehicle services, event planning, and managing shipping requests.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation and maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • 40 hours per week availability, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm CST
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with three to five years preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Skilled with point-of-sale technology platforms and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated to engage with customers proactively

  • Fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
