Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a prestigious healthcare provider specializing in concierge medicine, a growing and specialized field within the healthcare industry. The company delivers personalized healthcare services that focus on wellness, prevention, and management of chronic illnesses by providing patients with enhanced access to their healthcare team and comprehensive care coordination. As an innovator in concierge medicine, the organization is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience through a deep collaborative process involving patients, physician providers, and clinical staff. The company values professionalism, patient confidentiality, and strives for the highest clinical standards in its care delivery.

The position available is for a Registered Nurse (RN) who will act as a concierge medicine consultant and patient care coordinator under the direction of the Business Development Manager. This role involves close collaboration with concierge physicians to assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans to meet the individual needs of patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clinical and administrative tasks designed to facilitate seamless communication between patient and provider, optimize patient outcomes, and ensure that all services are delivered responsively and responsibly.

The RN will provide direct patient care—taking vital signs, preparing lab specimens, administering treatments, and assisting with medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO and HIPAA. This position also includes significant administrative duties such as managing patient communications, scheduling, and following up on inquiries, all while maintaining meticulous documentation in patient charts through the EPIC electronic health record system.

Additionally, the RN will support business development initiatives by facilitating patient outreach programs, conducting new patient orientations, and promoting awareness of the concierge medicine services. These duties extend to participating in marketing and public relations events to enhance patient membership retention and to utilize approved marketing materials to educate patients on the benefits of membership. The role demands strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to delivering a patient-centered experience that exceeds expectations.

This full-time position requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks and patients simultaneously while maintaining a friendly, respectful demeanor and adhering to cleanliness and branding standards that enhance the facility's welcoming atmosphere. The RN will also be instrumental in providing input on process improvements and offering consultation to leadership on program enhancements and local market trends. This role is ideal for a motivated nursing professional with a passion for patient care and experience in case management who seeks to be part of a progressive healthcare team focused on personalized medicine and patient satisfaction.
