Job Description

San Francisco Concierge Medicine is a well-established and highly respected concierge medicine practice located in the vibrant and culturally rich city of San Francisco. Known for its premier care offerings, the practice is dedicated to providing outstanding, personalized healthcare services to its patients through a team of qualified family medicine and internal medicine physicians. With a focus on patient-centered care, this practice offers a unique opportunity for physicians to work in a supportive, collegial environment with a reasonable patient panel size allowing for quality interaction and attentive care.

This opportunity is ideal for family medicine or internal medicine physicians who are seeking to join a practice that values longevity and quality over quantity. The physician team enjoys high retention rates and excellent support, ensuring a collaborative and rewarding work experience. The patient panel size is kept deliberately small, with an average of 100 or fewer patients per physician, which allows for in-depth care and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with patients. Physicians also benefit from salary growth that is tied directly to panel size, providing significant earning potential based on performance and patient engagement. Comprehensive benefits are included, making this a highly attractive employment package.

Located in the iconic City by the Bay, San Francisco is a vibrant urban center famous for its landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and its renowned culinary scene including fresh seafood and sourdough bread. The city offers a dynamic lifestyle filled with cultural diversity, outdoor activities, and a thriving arts community, all of which contribute to a rich quality of life outside of the workplace.

San Francisco Concierge Medicine not only prioritizes outstanding clinical care but also fosters a supportive team atmosphere where physicians can thrive professionally and personally. Embracing innovation and a patient-first approach, the practice is committed to evolving healthcare to be more human, more effective, and more accessible. Physicians joining this team can expect to be part of a forward-thinking and patient-focused group that values professional growth and work-life balance.

Overall, this position invites physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care within a leading concierge medicine practice. The role offers a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience and patient panel size, along with comprehensive benefits to support the well-being of the physician. This is a rare opportunity to advance one’s career in a prestigious practice located in one of the most exciting cities in the world.
