Job Description
The company is a growing concierge medical practice specializing in highly personalized primary care across Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. This concierge medicine provider focuses on delivering physician-led health coaching, using cutting-edge lab technologies and genomics to tailor precision medicine for enhanced patient outcomes and quality of life. As a leader in next-generation concierge medicine, the company empowers physicians to practice the medicine they envisioned during medical school by offering a supportive environment, attractive compensation, and benefits aligned with a balanced lifestyle. The company limits its patient panel to maintain a high quality of care and authentic relationships between staff and patients.
This full-time primary care position is based in Richmond, Virginia, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The patient panel size is restricted to 350-400 patients, enabling the physician to deliver highly personalized and timely care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, personable physician passionate about proactive and preventive care. While prior concierge medicine experience is a plus, it is not required as the company welcomes candidates with a primary care background who thrive on delivering value and superior patient experiences. The physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services in a concierge-style model, focusing on proactive treatment plans, comprehensive physical exams, patient education, and collaboration with specialists and care teams. Participation in after-hours patient care when required is also expected.
The role demands a physician partner who can think outside the box and embrace a forward-thinking approach to medicine, embracing the companys commitment to personalized precision medicine and patient advocacy. The company supports its physicians by handling business operations and administrative burdens, allowing doctors to focus solely on quality medical care. The position offers an attractive compensation plan, health, dental, and vision benefits, a retirement plan, CME allowance, company-paid malpractice insurance, and generous vacation and time off to ensure a strong work-life balance. This environment fosters innovation, autonomy, and a happy, welcoming workplace culture. Physicians will find ample opportunity to form deep, long-term patient relationships and implement innovative health solutions backed by evidence-based medicine and advanced diagnostics.
