Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic computer literacy
- reliable transportation for occasional travel
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area, ensures comfort of prospects and visitors while waiting
- answers phone calls, routes calls to appropriate team members, assists with service request callbacks
- maintains guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness, manages loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
- manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals and dry cleaning services
- assists community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
- maintains updated information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and builds relationships with concierge vendors
