Job Description

The role we are currently offering is that of a Resident Services Concierge, a key position focused on proactively supporting our residents by providing valuable information, assistance, and personalized services. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year and is scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off. The Resident Services Concierge will be the primary point of contact for residents seeking support in various aspects of daily living and leisure activities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented with exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the quality of life for our residents by anticipating their needs and preferences, managing schedules, and coordinating a broad spectrum of services such as dining reservations, travel arrangements, entertainment, medical appointments, and more. Your responsibilities include managing communications, maintaining service inventories, organizing social events, and ensuring all interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism and respect for resident privacy. Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • completion of college level courses with concentration in business or hospitality is strongly desirable
  • five or more years’ experience in the hospitality industry
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in word, excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • multiple language fluency is desirable
  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required

Job Duties
