Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Demonstrated ability to maintain guest confidentiality
- Capacity to manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling effectively

Job Duties
- Lead all concierge operations including coverage of executive lounge services, AM breakfast, and evening reception as needed
- Uphold absolute guest confidentiality and tailor experiences for high-profile and VIP clientele
- Drive innovation in guest services, identifying new opportunities to elevate the guest journey
- Maintain and grow valuable relationships with local partners: restaurants, transportation services, wellness providers, and more
- Inspire, coach, and develop a concierge team dedicated to anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Handle special guest requests with creativity and grace
- Oversee cleanliness and quality of executive floors and lounge spaces, ensuring consistent luxury standards
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Champion a positive, solutions-focused culture rooted in professionalism and five-star service
